I've been fluent in this stuff longer than most people have had computers — HTML instructor and ISP co-founder before either was a career, a decade in procurement running underneath it all, and now technical support at Fin. In May 2026 I was a top-5 Claude Code user across a 1,500-person company, and I run the weekly drop-in sessions people actually show up to. Off the clock: multi-day treks (Annapurna Circuit, Tour du Mont Blanc), CrossFit, and a GitHub full of unfinished side projects I've made peace with.
